We are looking for highly talented and self-motivated individuals who posses genuine interest and strong acumen in the regional and global developments of the intertwined political, economics, business and technological spheres. You must be excited and challenged by the goal of developing and delivering the next best-selling and received event. You must be able to work under pressure and tight time-line. You need to be a good listener and team-player, and therefore be able to receive and manage feedbacks and ideas coming from the experienced managers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include topical research, speaker sourcing, and event management. You will design event concept and agenda through online and offline, internal and external research. Subsequently, you will fine-tune and finalize the event through live telephone research with senior-level executives. You will also identify and invite respected senior-level executives as speakers, and facilitate a two-way process of topic formulation and presentation preparation. You are also involved in the copy-writing and design of the event brochure. Throughout the production and sales stages you will need to work closely with the marketing, sales and sponsorship teams to ensure the best possible results.
Requirements:
You must:
- A university degree & at least 2-3 years of commercial experience in Conference Production - Proven track record in personal conference production portfolio - Possess excellent time management skills to work with tight deadlines and targets. - Have a genuine interest to regional and global developments and good business acumen - Possess a creative and analytical mind to research and process large amount of complex information quickly
- Be mature, confident and connect well with senior level decision makers
