Unlike other firms, we do not just fill vacant positions but ensure that suitable individuals with the relevant career aspirations are groomed for success in their new career. · You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Project Management to define and formulate a business architecture following the analysis of our different systems, processes, business requirement and strategic planning · You will be expected to evaluate how our workflows & processes, system facilities, entities specifics interact and inter relate with one another · You will play a key role in designing and structuring the overall architecture of a series of current or under development projects following a good understanding of governance structure and comprehensive business processes · You will identify potential bottleneck or red-tapes at each level of business, workflows and procedures at local and regional level · You will recommend and align internal processes and procedures according to entities and regional strategic goals and objectives · This role requires working very closely not only with a panel of different project managers, business and operational people but also senior management from different entities Job Requirement · Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or business architecture (preferably from insurance industry) · Adaptable, detailed and well organized · Strategic thinker, proactive and process driven * Salary Range: S$60K to S$70K p.a.
