SAP BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECT/ MANAGER (STATIONED IN HONG KONG) Role & Responsibilities: Ø Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects independently to implement and enhance existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions; Ø Develop best practice business process and orchestrate the overall integrated solutions across multiple functional areas; Ø Mentor/support business users on best practice business process and SAP capabilities in the areas of production planning, inventory control, deliveries, shipping, finance/accounting, etc.; Ø Identify and recommend actions to streamline and simplify business processes, eliminate redundant or out dated procedures and processes; Ø Assist in SAP business process reviews, work with cross functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs; Ø Guide employees when defining existing business process to ensure SAP requirements are aligned with those processes, including recommendation for improvement and documentation; Ø Knowledge transfer to the cross functional team members and the offshore resources on regular basis; Ø Co-ordinate with Toronto based Functional Support to maintain proficiency in the SAP SD, PP and LE modules; Ø Regularly review the elements of the Supply Chain processes used at all facilities. Requirements: Ø Degree/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent; Ø At least 7 years SAP R/3 configuration and implementation experience in which not less 1 year experience in managing full cycle of SAP implementation projects; Ø Experience in SAP R/3 preferably in Distribution and Sales or Logistics / FMCG; Ø Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive timeline and results; Ø Proactively engage the internal business users; Ø Good communication and presentation skills and ability to liaise with all levels of business management and users; Ø Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
