- Involve in supervision of maintenance, conservancy, and improvement works. You will also need to handle budgetary control and maintain close liaison with community and grassroots leaders.

 - Responsible for the planning and implementation of Town Council's publicity, public relations and community development campaigns to enhance the Town environment.

 - Recommend and implement various upgrading programmes as well as monitor the progress and control the budget of these programmes.

 - Must be able to withstand stress and able to work after working hours and /or weekends.
